The washing machine was very useful. the refrigerator was large. We were able to make ICE. i also appreciated the kindness of all the hotel STAFF.

the location proved ideal with easy access to shops nearby i appreciated the spacious rooms and the well maintained facilities the staff's kindness added a gentle touch to the overall experience. James and jiji were particularly helpful with directions and local tips to explore the area with ease.
the breakfast buffet, unfortunately, did not fully align with expectations i had anticipated a wider variety of options to start my mornings with.

amazing stay at the hotel
useful washing machine helpful staff easy connection
i am grateful i chose this hotel. the room i got had a washing machine, very useful. staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. i also found it easy to connect to the mrt from the bts nearby.
soundproofing between conjoined rooms need improvements. i could hear the guest next door speaking loudly, and this continued late into the night. it was a little disruptive.

the location is convenient. the room was quiet. a good view was available from my room. the pool area was uncrowded. i liked this relaxing place.
